others. It is known that constipation and hard passing of feces requiring you to
strain the rectal muscles during bowel movements easily leads to hemorrhoids. Knowing
this, preventing constipation is key to reducing the risk.
A diet rich in fiber such as fruits, vegetables and whole grain cereals are excellent
foods to ease bowel movements. Getting plenty of fluids is another.
